On returns: Sandalwood prices have risen historically and heartwood is in chronic short supply, but future price and harvest value depend on market conditions at the time of harvest (typically 10–15 years out), tree survival, and heartwood yield — none of which can be guaranteed. Treat any return figure quoted to you verbally as an illustration, not a promise, and ask for it in writing before deciding.

FAQ
Common questions about Group Farming
Do I get full legal ownership of the land?+
Yes — each unit is transferred via registered sale deed and pokkuvaravu in your name, not a share or fund unit.
Can I visit the plantation before paying?+
Yes, site visits to Pulpally can be arranged through our Contact page before you commit to a plot.
What happens if I miss an EMI payment?+
The instalment plans are structured to be flexible — speak with our team about catch-up terms specific to your plan.
Who harvests the trees, and can I sell privately?+
Sandalwood harvest and sale in India is regulated. Harvesting and disposal of mature trees is carried out in line with applicable forest department rules at the time of harvest — we'll confirm current regulations with you closer to maturity.
