How cottage ownership works
A full cottage — land, structure, and 16 trees — is offered at approximately ₹1.5 crore, with title and ownership documents transferred to the buyer. Day-to-day marketing, bookings, and financial administration of the resort are handled by the company, with regular reporting to owners.
